Cancellations Policy for Gab events purchased through www.TheGab.ie
Refunds, less a 25% administration fee, will be made if cancellations for an event are received by email at least two weeks before the event.
Any cancellations received after this time will not be eligible for a refund but if you contact us at least 48 hours before the event, you can transfer your workshop fee, minus a 10% administration fee, either to another named person (name and email must be provided) or to another Gab workshop. One transfer per ticket is permitted.
Please note, a refund/transfer for failure to attend cannot be made.
Events cancelled by the Gab
In the unlikely event of an event being cancelled for any extraordinary reasons, the Gab will refund the ticket cost minus an administration fee to a maximum of €20. The Gab accepts no responsibility for any further costs or expenses incurred by you, e.g. travel, accommodation, loss of earnings etc. in the unlikely event of an event being cancelled.
Events rescheduled by the Gab
In the unlikely event of an event being rescheduled for any reasons, the Gab will transfer your full ticket payment to the rescheduled event. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, the Gab will issue a credit note. This credit note will equate to the full value of your payment and will be valid for 18 months from the date of issue. The Gab accepts no responsibility for any further costs or expenses incurred by you, e.g. travel, accommodation, loss of earnings etc., in the unlikely event of this happening.
Change of venue policy
The Gab also reserves the right to change the venue of an event at any time. The Gab accepts no responsibility for any further costs or expenses incurred by you, e.g. travel, accommodation, loss of earnings etc., in the unlikely event of this happening.
Content policy
We can accept no responsibility for the views expressed, the content, advice or contributions made by any person attending, which are all the views of the individuals concerned. This is not medical advice or counselling; it is an educational forum for storytelling and we can take no responsibility for the attendance or participation of any person not qualified or for the use, misuse or misunderstanding of any information or view given.
